Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) comprise a group of conditions that can affect the form and function of the temporomandibular joint, masticatory muscles and dental apparatus.
Proper management of TMD by the dentist requires accurate estimation of the status of the patient's dentition, TMJ and neuromuscular apparatus.Using electromyography and sonography we provide objective measurement of many of these biological phenomena which enable us to analyze the current patient status and enchance treatment efficiency.
